The industrial project of Oversize Honeycomb Ceramic Materials for Motor Vehicle Tail Gas Purification of Shandong Aofu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. is located in the Eastern High-tech Zone, Linyi County, South of Licheng Avenue, West of Pingchang Road, and North Side of Dezhou Aoshen Energy Conservation & Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. The project covers an area of 86,775 square meters, and the total investment is RMB 228.18 million, of which the environmental protection investment is RMB 2 million. The project was approved by the Dezhou Environmental Protection Bureau on July 3, 2014, and the approval number is DHBGB [2014] No.193. During the actual construction of the project, the product scale is reduced, 4# and 5# workshops are no longer under construction, the production lines are reduced, the layout of the plant area is changed, some pollution control measures are changed, and the project changes are major ones. So, the company resubmitted them for the approval of environmental impact assessment documents. This acceptance is based on the resubmitted environmental impact assessment documents and the environmental impact assessment approval. After the changes, the project scale is: An annual output of 2.8 million liters of oversize honeycomb ceramic materials for motor vehicle tail gas purification, among these, the scale of 8# workshop is an annual output of 1.5 million liters of cordierite carrier SCR, and an annual output of 1 million liters of cordierite carrier DPF. In October 2018, Dezhou Environmental Protection Research Institute Co., Ltd. compiled the Environmental Impact Report of the Industrial Project of Oversize Honeycomb Ceramic Materials for Motor Vehicle Tail Gas Purification of Shandong Aofu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd.; on November 26, 2018, Linyi Environmental Protection Bureau approved this report based on LHBGB [2018] No. 106 the Approval Opinions on Environmental Impact Report of the Industrial Project of Oversize Honeycomb Ceramic Materials for Motor Vehicle Tail Gas Purification of Shandong Aofu Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. The commencement date of the project is October 2014 and the completion date is March 2018. The environmental protection facilities of the project mainly include bag dust removal facilities for dust and waste gas bags during production, shuttle kiln RTO incineration devices, microwave shaping waste gas & activated carbon adsorption devices, acoustic noise reduction measures, and hazardous waste temporary storage rooms.
