News on June 21, Beijing, reporter Luo Xu learned from the Office of the Central Talent Work Coordination Group that the second List of Leading Talents of the National "Ten Thousand Talent Program" is being publicized to the society, there're total 1353 talents selected, and the publicity period is from June 20 to June 27.
Under the comprehensive arrangement of the Central Talent Work Coordination Group, the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security organized experts to select and determine 622 technological innovation leading talents, 336 technological entrepreneurial leading talents, 200 philosophy and social sciences leading talents, 98 outstanding teachers and 97 leading talents in Millions of Projects.
The national "Ten Thousand Talent Program" officially launched in September 2012, with the full name "Special Support Program for National High-level Talents", plans to take 10 years selecting and supporting about 10,000 local high-level innovative entrepreneurial talents. By the end of 2015, there're totally 1200 talents that have obtained the special support from the national "Ten Thousand Talent Program".

According to the regulations of the Notice on Issuing the Special Support Plan for National High-level Talents, under the comprehensive arrangement of the Central Talent Work Coordination Group, the Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security organized experts to select and determine 622 technological innovation leading talents, 336 technological entrepreneurial leading talents, 200 philosophy and social sciences leading talents, 98 outstanding teachers and 97 leading talents in Millions of Projects. Among them, the technological innovation leading talents, and technological entrepreneurial leading talents are selected from the candidates of the "Innovative Talent Promotion Plan", the philosophy and social sciences leading talents are selected from the candidates of Cultural Masters and "Four First Batches" Talent Projects, and the leading talents of Millions of Projects are selected from the national candidates of the "Millions of Talent Projects".
