In the past 20 years, Chairman Pan Jiqing has been focusing on technical research in the field of air pollution control and has obtained multiple important technical achievements. He and the R&D team under his leadership participated in multiple national "863" program, national science and national science and technology support project and national key research and development program during the 11th, 12th, and 13th Five-Year Plans. He obtained 5 patents and made major technical breakthroughs in the fields of the "oversize honeycomb ceramics manufacturing technology", "integrated honeycomb ceramics manufacturing technology", etc. In 2013, during the national achievement appraisal of the "Efficient SCR Technology R&D for Diesel Vehicle Pollution Control and Industrialization" project, the participated experts gave a high praise of "breaking the foreign monopoly, and filling in domestic blank" for the "oversize honeycomb ceramic carrier manufacturing technology", the project won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award in 2014, and Pan Jiqing also received this award.
