Technology-Driven Innovation

From the 11th to 14th Five-Year Plans, AOfU has undertaken 12 national projects and 20 national R&D initiatives. During the 14th Five-Year Plan, it participates in the "Near-Zero Emission High-Efficiency Diesel Vehicle Control Technology" project under the national key R&D program, leading two sub-projects: "Diesel Vehicle NOx Aftertreatment" and "PM Aftertreatment" (2023–2027). Previous milestones include breakthroughs in "large-size honeycomb ceramic manufacturing" via National 863 Program projects, and the 2014 National Science and Technology Progress Award for "High-Efficiency SCR Technology for Diesel Emissions." Core technologies like "large-size ceramic catalyst substrates" and "VOC-treatment RTO systems" were included in the 2014 National Air Pollution Control Technology Compendium. Additional honors include Shandong Famous Brand (2015), China Innovation Award (2017), and Shandong Top 50 New Materials Enterprises (2018).
